1. Who we are

This website is operated by Yuzu Sushi & Bar, a restaurant and bar at 440 N Virginia St, Unit C, Reno, NV 89501, United States. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Yuzu Sushi & Bar. “You” means anyone using this website.

2. What this website is for

This site exists to tell you about the restaurant: our menus, our hours, where we are, and how to book a table. It is informational. We do not take payment, hold accounts, or accept orders through this site.

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use it unlawfully, not to attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not meant to reach, and not to interfere with how it works for anyone else.

3. Menus, prices and availability

Our menus change. Dishes come and go with the season and with what our suppliers can get us, and prices can change before this site is updated. Everything shown here is published in good faith as a guide, not as an offer or a guarantee that a particular item will be available or at a particular price when you visit.

Prices shown do not include tax or gratuity. The menu in the restaurant is the one that applies.

4. Allergens, raw foods and dietary requirements

We prepare raw and undercooked fish and shellfish. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Our kitchen handles fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, sesame, eggs, dairy and tree nuts, and we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of any allergen or free from cross-contact. The descriptions on this site are not a complete list of ingredients.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, please tell a member of our team before you order. Speak to us in person rather than relying on this website.

5. Reservations

Bookings are handled by Toast, an outside booking service. When you use a “Book Your Table” link on this site you leave our website and continue on Toast’s, under Toast’s own terms and privacy policy. Any details you enter there are given to Toast, not to us through this site.

A booking is a request for a table at a time, held for a reasonable period after the booked time. We may need to change or cancel a booking, and we will do our best to let you know if that happens. Large parties may be subject to separate arrangements, which we will confirm with you directly.

6. Alcohol

We serve alcohol only to guests aged 21 or over, and we may ask for valid government-issued photo identification. We may refuse or discontinue alcohol service at our discretion, including where we believe service would be unlawful or unsafe.

7. Links to other websites

This site links to services we do not control, including Toast for bookings and Google Maps for directions. Those links are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any outside website, and a link is not an endorsement.

8. Our content

The design of this website, its text, photography, illustrations and the Yuzu Sushi & Bar name and marks belong to us or to the people we license them from, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print and share pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell or use our content commercially, or use our name or marks, without our written permission.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, please contact us and we will look into it.

9. Privacy

This website has no accounts, no checkout and no contact forms, so we do not ask you for personal information here. Pages that embed outside services — a map, a booking link — may allow those services to collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies. If you contact us by phone or in person, we use what you tell us only to answer you and to look after your booking.

10. The website itself

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be up to date, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from your reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This section is about the website. It does not affect your rights as a guest of the restaurant.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.

14. If part of these terms cannot be enforced

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply.
